Vacuum drying: suitable for temperature-sensitive substances
Vacuum drying is characterized by fast drying times at low temperatures. We apply this contract drying method to materials that are sensitive to temperature or tend to cake. As the name implies, a vacuum dryer removes the pressure on drying compartment: it creates a vacuum. Together with gentle heat, the liquid in the material evaporates. We recondensate the liquids after having filtered the gas stream. The result is a gently and homogeneously dried product.
Your advantages of our contract vacuum drying:
- lower costs and free capacity through outsourcing
- low temperatures
- fast drying times
- for temperature-sensitive substances
- gentle process without quality reduction by heat
- homogenous drying results
