ProChem GmbH site Oberthal<\/h2>\n

Since 2002, the headquarters of our company are located in Oberthal, near the town of St. Wendel in the federal state of Saarland. The Oberthal site includes a large portfolio of process equipment such as synthesis and drying plants, on an area of more than 30,000 square meters.<\/p>\n

The production surface for the different areas of contract manufacturing is approximately 2,000 square meters. We also have storage capacities of more than 1,000 square meters for the temporary storage of customer products.<\/p>\n

In addition, we are currently expanding our factory premises in order to further expand our production capacities.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n \n

ProChem GmbH site Dieburg<\/h2>\n

Since March 2009 ProChem GmbH operates the synthesis plant(formerly James Robinson GmbH) in Dieburg located in southern Hesse (Darmstadt-Dieburg district). Covering an area of 23,000 square meters, a large number of reactors for synthesis and liquid mixtures, vacuum drying plants and process technologies for the processing of chemical substances are located in five production units. Due to the connection to centrally generated heating, cooling and inertisation media, all production areas in Dieburg have thermal processing technology. The hazardous materials warehouse and the solvent storage facility enable our highly trained employees to handle complex chemical substances. Through our own laboratory with attached pilot plant, we are able to accompany our customers from product development through implementation to the ton scale. In addition, the plant has a wastewater treatment plant, exhaust air combustion, extinguishing water system and corresponding peripherals for contract production. In close cooperation with the authorities and the existing certifications<\/a>, we are able to serve customers with EFfCI and cGMP requirements in addition to serving classic specialty chemical manufacturers.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n \n

ProChem GmbH Rodgau plant<\/h2>\n

We have been operating a production facility for food additives at our Rodgau location since summer 2024. We have installed various production systems for mixing, powder refining, extraction, compaction and spray drying on site in order to be able to offer our customers in the food industry a wide range of contract processing options. Some of our production cells have air drying systems, so that we can also process highly hygroscopic solids without any problems. We use modern quality assurance measures and have filling systems with protective screening and metal detection. We are aiming for FSSC 22000 certification by 2025.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n \n

ProChem GmbH Lorsch plant<\/h2>\n

At our location in Lorsch, we primarily serve customers from the construction chemicals industry and in the area of \u200b\u200bindustrial fine bulk goods and solid chemicals. We have mixing, grinding, screening and packaging systems for large quantities, but can also flexibly serve small bulk orders. We are happy to help customers with issues relating to the transloading of bulk goods or the repackaging and repackaging of solids. Our contract grinding is accompanied by modern analytics in the area of \u200b\u200blaser diffraction measurement. We have also secured storage space for large quantities of material with partners so that we can provide our customers with the best possible logistical support.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n \n

ProChem InnoTec GmbH H\u00f6chst and ProChem SynTec GmbH<\/h2>\n

As of February 1, 2025, the multi-purpose synthesis site and the high-pressure polymerization and technology center in Industriepark H\u00f6chst are part of the ProChem Group. The operations were acquired from WeylChem InnoTec GmbH with the customer and employee base from ongoing operations. For five decades, the sites have been serving the global pharmaceutical, electronics, and fine chemicals industries with the highest quality products and extensive experience in the field of organometallics, complex multi-step organic syntheses, low-temperature transformations, and high-pressure applications. ProChem SynTec is one of the few companies in the world that produces polymer primary dispersions according to strict quality criteria.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n \n
