Synthesis
For your synthesis needs, we can offer you a modern, modular production facility. With our reactor capacity from 30 to 13,000 litres, we are able to run both exothermic and endothermic reactions.
All parts of our facility that come into direct contact with the products are either glass-lined or made from stainless steel. Viscous materials are preprocessed in heating chambers. If necessary, this equipment is heated with vapour, water or thermic oil. For cooling purposes, there are cooling towers and cooling units. Currently we are able to optimally handle production lots from 1 kilogramme to 1,000 tons. Our clients operate in product segments like these: dye additives, rubber and plastic products, nanoproducts and animal feed additives.
