ProChem headquarters and plant Oberthal
In Oberthal (Saarland) near St. Wendel, Industrial Zone Wallfeld 12-14, our company headquarters, we havebeen operating different production facilities, in particular synthesis and drying plants, since March 2002 on our premises comprising more than 20,000 m2.
The current capacity of the production facility area is about 2,000 m2. In order to stock our customers’ products until shipping, we have at our disposal a warehouse of more than 1,000 m2. In order to keep pace with the rapid growth of our company in the future, we have sufficient further areas at our disposal.
ProChem Dieburg plant
March 2009 marks the founding of the Dieburg factory, located at Industriestrasse 19–21 (formerly James Robinson GmbH) in Dieburg (in the Darmstadt-Dieburg administrative district, in the Southern part of Hesse). On an area of 23,000 sq.m., there are two production facilities with more than 40 reactors (with capacities between 2 and 7 cubic meters), vacuum drying facilities, mixers, milling and sifting facilities, a storage for dangerous goods, a laboratory, technical facilities, a waste water treatment plant, exhaust air combustion, fire extinction water system and the required peripheral facilities necessary for toll manufacturing according to cGMP and FDA.
ProChem Lorsch plant
In February 2007, a subsidiary of ProChem GmbH was opened at Bensheimer Straße 103-105, in Lorsch, located in the Southern part of Hesse. Thanks to the outstanding infrastructure of the location right next to the Autobahn A67, this location offers a number of logistics advantages for our clients. Moreover, we can thus take into account the need for growth of our company, and we are able to secure production capacities of ourmain facility.
